The Law adjusts provisions of the legislative acts on factoring (regulations of the Economic and Civil Codes of Ukraine, the Laws "On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets" and "On Banks and Banking").
Under the Law, general terms and the procedure of factoring operations shall be fixed by the Civil and Economic Codes of Ukraine, other legislative acts, normative and legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine and a specially authorized executive authority body in charge of regulation of financial services markets.
A bill was registered under Reg. No. 2638.
